During and after a three decade long career in Fine Jewelry I began traveling the world. To capture the beauty of it and bring that beauty to others became a path I wanted to follow for the rest of my life.  In publishing this site I wish to show my perspective.  I still value my original philosophy of trying to capture the light and texture of a place without filters or manipulation.  My book “In This My Beautiful Egypt” is the epitome of that philosophy.

My unique and elegant cards were the beginning.  Contact Suzie Larsen at hoogasian@gmail.com for more information regarding my photography.

Limited editions of my work are available in various sizes  and fine art papers and canvas, printed with archival ink and matted with archival 8 ply paper.

I have had the honor of photographing the white lions of Timbavati, South Africa.  As a result all proceeds of sales of photographs of the lions will go to the Global White Lion Trust. www.whitelions.org To donate go to www.corelight.org
